  • Dear C_Jamiaca

I was trying my hardest to avoid this confrontational letter, I have tried my very hardest to not respond to  your temper tantrums posted in my comments box, I even deleted them so it will save me the temptation in doing so.
But every sane person has a tolerance level, and it seems as though you have finally hit the top.

I know that trolls like you should be ignored - that's why you became a troll, right?
People have ignored you, and you feel this strong need for constant attention. I am assuming so, because your ridiculously rude comments splattered all over xanga say something along the lines of
"OMG, I hate Top Bloggers! They get all the attention! Look at me, look at ME!!!!"

C'mon honey, you sound like the middle child who was too young to have sleepovers, but too old to watch Barney.  I'm sorry your parents didn't pay attention to you, really I am. But thats no excuse to be so whiny and rude!

    See Hissy Fit below.

Listen sweetheart: When I did this list of people I thought were beautiful inside and out, I really didn't think that anyone would have such negative feedback. I wanted to do something different from the bashing, whining, and rudeness we have all seen in the past, and acknowledge some people who I thought were great reads. Top bloggers are in my list, and so are some less known bloggers that I felt should be known. Would you feel better if I threw you in?

It's people like you who love the drama so much that they cant sit back and appreciate the good.

I really hope you settle down long enough to allow others to do what came here to do: write what they feel, and enjoy doing so.

I owe you no excuses on why I write what I feel. And neither does anyone else for that matter.

If you keep pouting like that, a bird is going to come a poo on your lip!
Now run along, shoo. Go find you mommy little girl, it's not safe for you to wander alone.

  • Beyond Beautiful Xangans

I'm sure everyone who's anyone already has done something to point out awesome people on here. But why stop here, doesn't everyone like to find a good new read?

I came up with this idea because while I was on my mini break, I missed out on a lot of your stories, and once I came back, I realized why I fell in love with Xanga. Here are many people who I couldn't bear NOT reading, and who I think you should check out.

themarriedfreshman : She has more in common with me than she'd like. She is so easy to get along with, and when she does disagree, she respectfully tells you so. It doesn't hurt that she has the nicest hair ever!

heidi_helen : This woman is fun, interesting, and she posts some beautiful pics. She is kind, caring, and she is so gorgeous! Check her out.

paoguy118 : Although his first comment was anti- Obama, lol this guy is awesome. Serving his country makes him a hero, but his stories about fatherhood humanize him, and make you see a softer side of him. Check him out!

the_most_interesting_man : He's funny, caring, and can draw in a crowd. Hes a strong Christian man, and isnt afraid to show it. Read up on him, and you wont be disappointed.

MyxlDove : Anyone who doesnt know this guy is dead! Riis is funny, caring, respectful, and a great read. His love for his family melts you heart but his voice will blow you out of the water. Chek him out if you havent yet.

TheBigShowAtUD : Another one you have to know by now. He's intelligent yet funny, cool yet nerdy, popular yet humble. Must read.. Now.

bluedreamer85 : She's as sweet as pie, and shes cute too! Give her a visit, and you'll be glad you did!

AnamcharaConcepts : These two souls are the most beautiful couple around. They show love and admiration for each other like no one is watching them. The love between these two is admirable, and they are fun, too!

AlterEgo909 :Maybe the sweetest woman alive. She is loving, kind, caring and beautiful! Shes geting married soon, so go say congrats!

truthbetoldimlying : This mommy of 3 is beautiful, humorous, loving and smart. She loves her family more than anything and it shows. Be sure to check her fun parenting stories out!

Garistotle : This guy is sweet, hilarious, intelligent and a fun read. The way he shows off his wife is the sweetest thing ever, and we all love him.

VaneDave : His humor reminds me of Eddie Murphy meets George Lopez, but his style reminds me of Urkel. Kidding! Hes funny, caring, and he tells it like it is. Check out his stand up videos and you'll pee in your pants!

Axis_of_Doom : His smart ass remarks will make you hate him, but his humor and sarcasm will make it hard to stay mad at him. Check him out!

the_best_stuff : He's somewhere between Justin Timberlake and Will Farrell. He . Is. Hilarious! He looks hott in drag by the way!

  • Once A Cheater, Always A Cheater

    Or are they?

Some people say so, and I'm not sure if it's true.
I have been on both sides of the fence, unfortunately, in a previous relationship. I still remember the blow to the stomach feeling when he told me. The confusion, the anger.

I would look at old pictures, and cry, then cut him out. And that's the first time I heard the saying "Once a Cheater Always a Cheater."

I believed it. If I took him back, I'd be a fool. He wasn't sorry he did it, he was sorry he got caught.
And if he hadn't gotten caught, he'd be out there cheating still.

But I see stories where the cheater is sorry. They are remorseful, they love their partners, and once they are taken back, they live happily ever after, or seemingly so.

They say that 1 in 2 marriages end in divorce, and even though I'd hate to be a statistic, I doubt I'd stick around if I found out my hubby was unfaithful. I just don't think I'd even be able to forget what happened.

    What do you think?

Have you ever cheated on a partner, or been cheated on?
Do you believe the saying "Once A cheater, Always a Cheater?"
Or do you think they can change?

  • Xangans Gone Wild

After my one week hiatus, I excitedly came back to Xanga yesterday. After going through some of your blogs, I caught up with some of you, and unfortunately learned that I missed a whole lot.

*Fights everywhere, not just the usual disagreements.
    *Penis wars.
*ASM  comes back through Paul, then doesn't.
*Some of my faves were gone.

So I'm asking you:When did this place get so looney?
&What the hell did I miss?

  • Guess Who's Back!?

    It's me, It's me!

I have missed you guys, and I hope you all had a great 4th.  A lot has happened with me- summer is here and relaxation is starting kick in.

My big girl is on her way to my hometown without me- spending time with my mom. Makes me sad and happy at the same time. I know she'll have fun but mama will miss her!

I drank the new sparkling Liquor called "Nuvo"...it's my new favorite! The bottle is so pretty, the drink is hot pink, and it goes down smooth, ,lol.

My 4th of July was awesome, my best friend came at the last minute, and we had a blast with the kids and family.
We BBQ'd, listened to music, drank some brews and had a great time.

So I should be back to posting in No time, and Im looking forward to catching up with all of you.

    How was your weekend?

  • NYC Was On Fire Friday

....At least it looked like it.

    Crazy looking, huh?

  • School's Out For Summer!!!

Today is day one of summer vacation for my family.
My big girl is home everyday for the next 3 months...Kinda bittersweet

I was thinking to myself last week "What Am I going to do now that she's home full time?"

Here are some things I came up with:

    Park!
Who doesnt love going to the park? Here in NYC it's impossible to have a swingset in your backyard because well, you dont have much of a backyard.
So Im looking forward to walks to the park and day-long sliding! (And they're extra sleepy at night)

The beach( Yea, NYC has beaches)

Well, we have many beaches we can go to here, and I love playing in the sand. It makes me feel young again, and the kids love making sand castles.

    Meet Daddy for lunch!

I love meeting my husband for lunch -it's refreshing. Its amazing how good a change of scenery feels. And here in NYC we have it all - from Spanish to Italian To Chinese to Greek- yum yum!

    Scrapbooking!

I know, not too much fun for the little ones, but I had an idea to put all of my daughter's drawings, homework, and paintings into a scrapbook of her 1st year of school. And I think she'd love to help out while the little one naps =)

    Picnics

I love having picnics. Bringing food, coloring books, and toys to just sit on a blanket in the grass is relaxing. The kids love eating outdoors, and this is a great way to spend time together.

    Museums
There are many museums in the NYC area. And now that school's out, what a great way to give the kiddos some teachin'!

What are your plans for your kids this summer?

  • The Neighbor Saw My Boobies!

Ok, I know I'm supposed to be on Hiatus, but I had to share this story with my friends!

This morning while giving the girls a bath, I opened a window to let the air vent out the steam.

Just now, while they are napping, I jumped into the shower, leaving the window open. I have never had a problem before, seeing how we are not on the bottom floor.....I just figured no one can see me, unless it was night and I had a light on in the bathroom, right?
    Wrong!!

While washing my hair (With the new pantene Pro-v high conditioning shampoo) I caught eyes with some guy moving his furniture into a van!!

    I am mortified!!!!

He quickly looked away, and I slammed the window shut, but I cant help but freak out!!!

Has this ever happened to you....I am so embarrassed! I just gave my neighbor a free peep show, gross!!!
